Okay, so I was away all weekend since Friday morning, but he's my best shot. Not exact...

Thurs : Cheerios + Milk, Steak, Sandwhiches, Spagbol, some roses chocs, ben and jerries (lots of it) , Bread, nutella, butter, caramel choc, more spagbol.
Fri : Vitality, Marmite Sandwhich, Brownie, Hot Choc + Cream, Pain au chocolate, crepe with banana and chocolate (huge), croque monsieur, chips, 8 bread roll things, some millions.
Sat : Hot Choc, Huge shortbread cookie, Sausages, Scrambled egg, beans, water, lots of chocolate, chicken breast huge, chips, tomatoes, cucumber, celery
Sun : Marmite Sandwhich, Hot choc, Lots of chocolate and junk food, pizza (whole), celery, chocolate rice crispie cakes.
Mon : Hot Choc, cookie, Beef Casserole, Mashed Potato, apple tarte, 2 slices gu chocolate cake, cream (lots of it), double choc, judes icecream pot, lucozade sport

Tuesday :
11.00 : 3 frubes, apple
1.00 : 2 Sausages, Bread, butter, Lots of Gammon, Jacket Potato, mushroom, red bull, red wine,
2.00 : 2 slices choc cheesecake
4.00 : half tub of ben and jerries, choc pot cadbury flake,
7.00 : carrot, 6 dairymilk clusters, mint imperial,

Im not sure if these are right. Im going to go and measure and put it on the next post. I was in centreparcs with a friend, with no internet. This is from memory!

Fat?

So I've always thought I was ok figure wise. Not face wise or hair wise, but figure wise. Now after I stood up, and my DAD says : "Oh, you've got a bit of a tummy going on havent you?! I've never seen you like that before". aka "You're fat". So upset obviousley, so I have decided, for real now. I will record on here my weight and waist every day, along with what I eat and when. I better lose this stomach, or else. I'm going to cut down on sweets and chocolate, but still have full meals unless nothing changes. Wish me luck. :D xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
